I grew up in a small town called Campbell, in the southeastern corner of Missouri.  I lived on a twenty acre farm down a long gravel road (out in the middle of nowhere.) As soon as I finished high school, I attended college in Branson, Missouri at The College of the Ozarks, (A private work-study school) where I studied theater and creative writing.  I graduated in 2001 with my B.S. in Theater and Minor in Rhetoric.  A year later, I made the move to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. 

I was absolutely broke and knew no one when I arrived in California.  Although I came out here for acting, somewhere along the way, I was approached by a modeling agent who suggested that I give modeling a try.  So, I had some pictures taken by a photographer, and almost immediately, I began working as a model.  One of my very first castings was a cattle call of 300 girls for an editorial in Glamour Magazine.  And somehow I booked it.  That was the first of many modeling jobs that I would have over the next four years. 

Even though I was working as a full time model, I found time to Guest Star on CBS's CSI MIAMI, and co-star on the FX series The Shield, and HBO's Entourage. I was the lead female in Motley Crue's latest video, If I Die Tomorrow.  And I was also a Co-Host of TBS's Ripley's Believe It or Not, and the host of my own extreme sports series on ESPN 2 called The Hook. 

In 2005, I became Model #14 on NBC's hit game show Deal or No Deal for the first 38 episodes.  But, I had to put down my briefcase to begin filming my first lead movie role as Daisy Duke in the Warner Brother's Film, Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning (starring Willie Nelson, Christopher McDonald, Harland Williams, Jonathan Bennett, and Randy Wayne).
